Very tasty - I did them as little open tarts and brushed each layer of filo with butter

I rolled out the filo pastry as in the past I've found shop bought pastry to be a little thick. I added a little Parmesan cheese to the Spinach, onion and Feta mixture,

While the flavour is good the recipe itself does not offer enough explanation. I have never used filo before and it didn't seem to be as straightforward as the recipe suggests. Filo didn't press, would have been nice to know how many layers to use, mine turned out thick and a little too chewy.
