Great way to get folks at my house to eat veggies. Used if for a side dish with meats or soups. Needed more green onions (I used 1/2 bunch.) could have used a bit of something else. Used Swiss cheese instead of cheddar- should have used extra sharp cheddar. Used 4 eggs, 28 oz of fresh spinach that I steamed and drained.
Will make again!
