This quiche is perfection! I've made it with some variation several times. The key to this recipe is: 1) the ratio of cream to eggs and 2) parbaking the crust.
Anything less than ½ cup of cream to each egg is not as light and fluffy.
I used a store-bought crust, but took the time to parbake it. It's a pain , but completely worth it.

Easy to make and delicious! We used fresh greens from our garden and it worked well too!
