  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 yeast (slightly heaped teaspoon rapid-rise, half a packet)
  • 1 1/4 cups chickpea flour
  • 1 almond meal (scant cup, or flour)
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed (ground golden)
  • 1 table salt (scant teaspoon)
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter (try subbing olive oil to make vegan)
  • 3 Tbsp. baking soda
