Very different and creative! I used fresh spinach (I hated wasting all the juice, next time I'll save it for stock and chop the spinach into finer pieces so it holds together better). I used gouda and cheddar, almond flour and panko. Maybe some ground mushrooms too.

They were very good. I also put in some cayenne pepper and chill powder to give them more of a kick. Then while they were cooking I put the harvati chesse slices on top. I loved them and it smelled so good cooking. The fact that it did not even take long to make is nice. Thanks for thr recipe

These spinach burgers are amazing. I use the recipe as a base start, seeing that I've made them multiple times! I change the cheeses to mix things up a little. Also adding chillies and different spices to make the burgers different every time. Love it!

Delicious, after prepping I chilled them in the fridge for 2hrs. Perfect on a crusty roll with siracha mayo.
