I used fresh spinach and poured the hot noodles and sauce over it to cook it. I followed the recipe for the sauce and it made way too much! I used about half of it and the macaroni was still kind of soupy. I also used fresh Parmesan. We could hardly taste any of the cheese. Next time I will cut the milk in half and keep the other sauce measurements the same
