A great recipe! So easy and super yummy! The presentation looks harder than it is so it’s a nice dish to use if your trying to show off a bit! It’s requested often in my household

i really emjoyed it, so did my son. my step-daughter and husband was not at all crazy about the taste of goat cheese, so they scraped it off. lol it was super easy to make, and i used spinach from pur back yard raised garden beds (which are growing outbof control in our current cool Arizona (Scottsdale) weather. tip: use the knife that you used to cut the slits, to push spinach/cheese mixture into slots!

Delicious, chicken breasts are hard to make really tasty, so this recipe add flavor to them, the ingredients are simple too.
