    This was so delicious! Made it for Easter brunch, and the guests loved it! Had numerous requests for the recipe. I used a 12 oz bag of frozen chopped spinach And added crimini mushrooms to the sauté, and used brioch bread, as written, rest of recipe as written. Will make again!
