    I made this recipe & followed the directions yo a T. Did not like the results. Proportions must be incorrect. There was too much spinach. I checked on the quiche about halfway through baking time & most of the liquid had run over the side. So glad I had it on a baking sheet. By the end of cook time the runner had burned. Had to actually add 10 mins more to bake time as it was still pretty runny! FAIL!

    I liked this recipe. I added milk instead of cream. I used fresh baby spinach instead of frozen chopped. It was simple and fun to make.
