I misread the ingredients, so I used 10 ounces of fresh spinach, boiled until it was reduced and softened, then drained it. Omitted onion. I used 2.5 tablespoons butter because that was what was left on stick from previous butter usage. Used homemade sour cream. Added salt to taste. Would make again - this is something my mom made that I hated in childhood (spinach, ugh) but love now that I’m an adult.

It was really good I added garlic My picky eating 4 year old grandson even liked it
