- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1.4 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
- Chop water chestnuts finely and add to chopped spinach. Add mayo, soup mix, sour cream and cheese, mix well.
- Spread onto Valtrompia bread slices, pita slices or into puff pastry.
- Bake at 375 for 10-12 min.
