  • 3/4 cup Smucker's® Sugar Free Seedless Blackberry Jam
  • 1/4 cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 cups baby spinach (and leaf lettuce blend)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

    Directions

    1. WHISK jam, oil and vinegar together until blended. Set aside.
    2. LAYER salad ingredients on individual plates. Pour vinaigrette to taste over top. Toss gently.
    3. STORE remaining vinaigrette in refrigerator.
    4. *To toast nuts: Place nuts in dry nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat, shaking pan until nuts are lightly browned.
