- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 50 grams spinach
- 50 grams ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive (/vegetable oil)
- salt (to taste)

Directions
- Heat oil in a skillet and add spinach. Keep stirring and do not let it burn. Meanwhile preheat your oven to 200C (400F).
- When the spinach has reduced in volume by about a third, add the ricotta cheese and mix it well with the spinach.
- Dry pat the chicken and make incisions about 1 inch apart, halfway into the breast.
