    We love it. Really simple and easy to make and really healthy too. I added 1/2 tbs more balsamic to add more flavor. My husband really loved it and it was so quick to make. Really hands off until the end.

    Delicious recipe! Very easy and filling. Although i would increase vinegar to 2 tbsp. to give more flavor
