I've made this a couple times it's an excellent recipe I use fresh spinach then I put it in the frying pan with garlic and parmesan cheese and then add it to the Ricotta and mozzarella

this turned out to be much better than expected. I used fresh baby spinach sauteed with thinly sliced mushrooms and onions along with a couple finely chopped garlic cloves. Also some italian seasoning mixed in with the filling.
