terrific. made it two ways: per recipe with egg, cheese, and pureed chicken; and a second way: vegan: used filling ingreds plus extra onion, kale, carrot, pureed tapanade plus brazil nuts, spices, etc. and used olive oil for inter and supra filo dough basting. both were delish.
