Awesome gluten free and sugar free alternative.
Not sweet which makes them so perfect for any toppings. We really liked them and will make them again
It would be great to have a bit of a cooking guide. I started out with 5 minutes then 7 minutes and the last batch was 8 minutes

The mixture was too liquid so I had to add some flour. Plus, the waffles weren’t crispy at all and the middle had a hard time to cook. I found them flavourless but with vanilla yogurt and berries, they tasted good. At the end, I think the recipe needs some adjustments for the texture.
