    Needs some more spices...too bland for me. Had to add a lot of salt and pepper. Maybe if i try it again, i will add some red pepper flakes.

    So good! Made it for the first time back in May and has been in heavy rotation ever since. I’m a sucker for anything and everything spinach and artichoke.

    It's okay. I didn't follow the recipe exactly and added nutmeg and black pepper. But I don't find it to be very filling and it definitely does not serve eight people as a main dish

    Good recipe with some changes. I made a smaller recipe. I also added celery, a sriracha spice blend, additional salt, pepper, and less onion. I cooked the quinoa in chicken broth.

    I loved this! I added some celery while cooking the onions. I added more spinach than the recipe called for and used some horseradish cheddar for the cheese. Really tasty!

    Not bad but a bit bland. I also didn't like the large onion, gave too much sweetness. Next time, will reduce onion, use black pepper n nutmeg.

    Fantastic, healthy, filling, and easy to cook! I thought it needed a tad more salt but that's matter of opinion and I used Himalayan Sea Salt.
