This is so good! It’s a favorite of mine to take to gatherings. I usually mix it up 1-2 days ahead, so all that’s left is the baking. I bake it right in the crockpot and then turn it on warm for serving. I’ve used fresh and frozen spinach. I actually think I prefer fresh. When I’ve used frozen it seems to be runnier. I also add extra minced garlic and garlic salt/powder. I’ve also noticed that the brand of artichokes makes a huge difference in the flavor.

I made this but modified it a bit. I used about 6 more garlic in there added extra cream cheese and parm cheese and I added extra artichokes. Everyone loved it and begging for more 😊 I didn’t measure and used the recipe as a guide best one so far I would recommend 😊

I love it and make it all the time. I have modified it, on a couple of occasions and it didn’t turn out as good.

Awesome I used half mozzarella cheese and next time I’ll add corn and more garlic.

Turned out great! Forgot to let the cream cheese soften so I used a potato masher to get it all integrated. I also put some monetary jack cheese on top to give it a melty dip!

This turned out great! My son and I made a batch a few hours before a party as a trial and loved it! We had enough to make a second round for the party. We added garlic and onion powder plus black pepper.

Excellent! Just about restaurant quality, gets better if it rest in the fridge for awhile.

Great dip recipe. After it is melted you can pop it in the fridge and then serve cold or serve warm after melting..

This is a simple and very tasty recipe for a Super Bowl appetizer. Made it as is.
