I refirgerated, but did not freeze. I added some bulk mushroom and swiss sausage to add a spin. SO GOOD!

Turned out great. i did not freeze it just used a muffin pan. I added a little olive oil, onion powder and garlic powder.

Everyone liked it. I didn't do the whole put it in the fridge for 30mins and then roll into balls and then put it in the freezer for an hour and then thaw out for 30mins. Seriously? I have no idea why it says that but all I did was let the mixture sit for 15-20 mins before I rolled into balls and put it on a olive oil covered tray and baked it. I rolled the balls around a couple times to get it crispy.

I am going to add a spice next go-round perhaps red pepper flakes to give it a little kick. I didn’t initially read the paragraph on the prep time so they were not ready in time for the event I had planned to take them to. I making them again ahead of time for another party.
