Ingredients

- 250 grams minced meat
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 1 tomato
- 4 green chilies (small)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 150 grams snake beans (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds (crushed)
- 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 bunch coriander (chopped)

Directions
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add chopped onions, garlic and ginger. Fry the mixture until it becomes golden brown.. Add mince meat, salt, turmeric powder and cumin seeds and stir for 5 mins or until water in the meat dries.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and chopped green chilies and bring to a simmer, cook for 2-3 mins. Add half cup of water, cover pan and cook mixture for 30-35 mins until meat is tender.and little water remains.
- Now, add the chopped snake beans, cover and cook for another 10 mins until beans are soft.
- Finally uncover the pan and increase heat. Stir in the coriander and stir fry until all water dries up.
- Serve with white rice or naan.
