This is my Indian husband's comfort food, so it's no easy task to get it just right. He loved this recipe! Keeping it in the library.

Delicious and filling served with rice or naan. Didnt have fresh ginger so I used ground ginger about 1/2 teaspoon in keeping with the other spice quantities. Tasted just as delicious as the first time I made it.
