    My husband has been under the weather and craving chicken soup i made this for him using fresh udon noodles from the freezer section. In addition to the scallion and cilantro i also chopped up some radishes and cabbage. This turned out to be the best chicken soup i have ever made. !!

    Good just felt like something was missing. may add mushrooms next time., or who knows what might be in the fridge for the next try!
