- 8 strips bacon (cooked and crumbled, you could also use ham or smoked sausage)
- 3/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. table salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pinch red pepper flake
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 3 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup jack
- 1 cup gouda
- 1 cup sharp cheddar
