- 3/4 lb. ham (thinly sliced and cut into strips)
- 4 cups lettuce (torn, leaf of iceberg)
- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions
- In large bowl toss together vegetables, lettuce, spinach and tomatoes. In small saucepan, bring orange juice, chili powder and crushed pepper to a boil; stir in vinegar and oil and stir to blend. Pour dressing over salad; toss well and serve immediately.
