- 500 grams pork (minced, 1lb)
- 1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 spring onions (thinly sliced separating the white and green parts)
- 1 bunch choy sum
- 1 bunch enoki mushrooms
- Shaoxing wine (1 splash or water)
- 4 Tbsp. black bean sauce (spicy)
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. chili oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. chinese five-spice powder
- 3 tsp. Sichuan peppercorns (whole, toasted and ground)
