- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 inches fresh ginger (piece, minced)
- 3 medium carrots (shredded)
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp. ground coriander
- 3/4 tsp. ground tumeric
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 3/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 5 oz. spinach

Directions
- Spray pot with pam, saute the onion, garlic & ginger, stirring constantly until aromatic and softened, 3-4 minutes.
- Add carrot and all spices/seasonings, cook for 1 minute. Add turkey, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until turkey is browned. Pour chicken broth in and stir.
- Serve 5 oz (includes carrot & onion) wrapped in lettuce or on a big pile of spinach as in the included photograph. Slice 2 oz of avocado on top.
