'Sushi Chef' here.....
4 stars because the ingredients are 'almost' right. I would have given five stars if there was a little sesame oil and chopped green onions added.
Also? While using 1 to 1 (mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce) is fine if you like things very spicy, I've found most people prefer 2 to 1, (mayonnaise over Sriracha sauce) because you don't want to overpower the delicate taste of tuna.
