I made this today and it turned out to be easy and delicious. I did not have broccolini or heavy cream but I did have a small bag of spinach so I sautéed that in with my garlic and finished cooking according to directions. And because I had no cream I used about two ounces of cream cheese along with the pasta water before adding the pasta and it tasted terrific. My hubby and I both loved it. This is a keeper.
