  • 1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce (or soy sauce)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar (honey would work great, too!)
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic paste (chile-, or Sambal Oelek chile paste, both widely available, found in the Asian section of your grocery store)
  • 2 teaspoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup medium shrimp (raw, peeled and deveined, measure after cooking for proper portion)
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • ground ginger
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup lima beans (frozen tiny, or edamame)
  • 1 cup greens (your, choice, I used romaine because it's what I had on hand)
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper (thinly sliced sweet)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots (about 1 medium)
  • 2 tablespoons vinaigrette (chile-lime)
  • peanut sauce (entire recipe of the)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (unless you're a hater, then just leave it out or sub some fresh basil for it, YUM!)
