    Satisfied my craving for spicy peanut noodles. Especially liked the veggies tossed in lime juice and soy sauce

    Super! I didn't use a food processor but made the sauce in the pan after sautéeing onion, garlic and ginger with some diced zucchini then added the cooked pasta and fresh peppers and carrots. Also topped with fresh cilantro and chopped peanuts- I don't think I 'll ever go out for pad Thai again!
