I added a little crushed red pepper flakes and garlic chili sauce to the broth as well as adding a little extra coconut milk to make it more rich (and use up the rest of the can)
Also threw in some shredded chicken and topped with lime juice! Didn’t run to specialty market for the Thai basil but it still turned out extremely well!

I've made this many times. i add poached chicken and shrimp and add the poaching liquid. i also add a curry bar and a little powdered star anise which can be purchased at asian markets.

Little bland so I added a few dashes of fish sauce, garam masala, lime, curry powder, and Saracha to kick it up

The soup was not spicy at all by my stardards. I think its because I used A Taste of Thai red curry paste. Will try again with a different red curry paste.

Very rich and comforting. I added thin slices of chicken and little extra curry paste- delicious!

Very flavorful Thai curry dish. The rice noodles are great, but any kind of noodle would work, soba, udon, spaghetti. I added red bell pepper and would probably add green beans or other veggies next time.

I made a larger portion of the curry paste and added some extra zest with some crushed red pepper and some garlic chili sauce... overall it was so creamy and delicious!

Quick and easy. My family likes a bit more 'bite' so I had a couple squirts of Sriaccha, a good pinch of kosher salt and 1 tsp of curry powder. Oh, also added a breast of cooked chicken shredded, Yum!

I made this & it turned out to be delicious, but instead of adding kosher salt I added garlic salt & also as the soup was boiling i added green onions.

Very bland, I was so happy and excited to try this and I followed every step but it was not good. It
needs some avidity, or other spices I think

Loved it. It was quick and easy to make. I'll add chicken sometime too. Makes more more of a Sunday meal that way.

Very good, lots of flavor. I added chopped roast chicken. I used one can of organic coconut milk, and added some water to make 3 cups.
Also added chili garlic sauce and black bean garlic sauce in the broth.

This soup has a really nice flavor, and is relatively easy to make. However you should check the strength of your chili paste before you use it. The end result was so hot no one could eat it.

Delicious recipe. Added chicken, green pepper and onion for a little extra bulk in the soup. Will try with prawns next time

A great recipe that is simple and easy. However, I made some minor adjustments by replacing the salt with fish sauce and squeezing some lime juice at the end.

The recipe was wonderful! I omitted noodles and added rice and chicken. I also added a few lime leaves and crushed red peppers
To liven up the broth a bit. Will definitely make again!

It was incredible! The exact reaction I have when I eat at a Thai place. The instructions were easy and precise! It doesnt feel like I created this but no one else was in my kitchen! I wanted more so I doubled the proportions and it worked perfectly. Loved it!

This is one of my favorite recipes. I've made it about 20 times. I've added bock choy(sp?) for a little vegetable flair, tofu for some protein etc. I had a hard time finding good ingredients at regular grocery stores, but a friend of mine grabbed some curry paste for me as an Asian market and it made such a huge difference. It's way better then the Thai kitchen brand and I highly recommend it.
