- 2 kaffir lime leaves (can be replaced with zest of lime)
- 1 stalk lemon grass (sliced)
- 1/4 cup galangal (sliced, can replace with ginger if necessary)
- 2 small tomatoes
- 2 bunches green onion
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 3/4 cup oyster mushrooms (or bunapi)
- 3 red chilies (adjust to desired level of heat.)
- 1 lb. chicken (or shrimp)
- 2 tsp. fish sauce

Great blend of flavors! I went with shrimp and used lime zest with ginger as substitutes. A definite favorite. I will make it again soon.
