- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 tsp. chili paste
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 cup fresh tangerine juice (or orange)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (toasted)
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (dissolved)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 6 scallions (5 or ,finely sliced)
- sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
