- 1 bunch somen (cooked according to package)
- steak (Bulgogi, or Bulgogi, or grilled steak, cut into strips)
- 3 leaves lettuce (shredded)
- kimchi (Fried)
- sauce (For Gochujang)
- 3 Tbsp. gochujang (paste)
- 1/2 Tbsp. corn syrup (or mulyeot)
- 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (about 3 cloves garlic)
- 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. red pepper flakes (Korean fine)
- 1 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seeds

Directions
- Cook somen in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Drain and cool under cold water for several minutes, until the noodles are chilled.
- Set aside cooked bulgogi flavored steak or bulgogi and fried kimchi.
- Make the sauce by combining the gochujang, mulyeot, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, dark sesame oil, and sesame seeds together in a bowl, and stir until smooth.
- In bowl, place noodles and top it with bulgogi steak, lettuce, fried kimchi, and a big spoonful of gochujang sauce.
