Directions

1. Cook somen in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Drain and cool under cold water for several minutes, until the noodles are chilled.
2. Set aside cooked bulgogi flavored steak or bulgogi and fried kimchi.
3. Make the sauce by combining the gochujang, mulyeot, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, dark sesame oil, and sesame seeds together in a bowl, and stir until smooth.
4. In bowl, place noodles and top it with bulgogi steak, lettuce, fried kimchi, and a big spoonful of gochujang sauce.
