- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 12 strawberries (stemmed and sliced)
- 1/2 cup green grapes (halved)
- 1/4 red onion (very thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. roasted almonds (Sweet and Spicy Cayenne, or the nut of your choice)
- 6 berries (large, stems removed)
- 10 green grapes (large, about 1/4 cup)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar (plain balsamic will work as well, add more as desired)
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 2 cayenne pepper (adjust to taste, I liked it pretty spicy)
