- 2 cloves garlic (coarsely chopped)
- 1 jalapeno pepper (2-inch long red or green, stemmed and coarsely chopped*)
- 2 cups asiago cheese (grated)
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 3 oz. baby spinach
- 3 oz. arugula
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. gluten
- 4 oz. asiago cheese (shaved)
- 6 oz. organic chicken (grilled, sliced)

Directions
- In a food processor, combine the walnuts, garlic, jalapeno, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Process until the mixture is smooth. Add the spinach and arugula and process until blended.
- With the machine running, gradually add the olive oil.
