- 500 grams minced beef
- 1 spring onion (Large, finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 3 tsp. chilli flakes (mild-medium-hot)
- 1 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1 handful fresh parsley (finely diced)
- salt
- black pepper
- olive oil (for frying)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 400 grams tomato passata (Carton of)
- 1/2 white onion (Large, finely diced)
- 1 clove garlic (finely diced , or 1/2 tsp minced Garlic)
- red wine (Splash of, approx 50ml)
- 1 handful fresh basil (roughly chopped)
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- black pepper
- salt
- 250 grams spaghetti
- 1 whole jalapeno (fresh, sliced into 10, de-seeded to reduce heat if needed)
- 10 pinches Parmesan
- 10 whole basil leaves
- 3 bocconcini (Balls of, sliced, can use Mozzarella)
