- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning (homemade or purchased)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder (preferably New Mexico or Ancho)
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. liquid aminos (Bragg's, or Soy Sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (garlic, or extra virgin olive oil)
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 3 ears corn on the cob
- 1 jalapeno pepper (halved lengthwise stem and seeds removed)
- extra virgin olive oil (plain or garlic, for brushing)
- 3 heads romaine lettuce (chopped or torn, washed, and dried)
- 2 bell peppers (any colour, stems and seeds removed, diced)
- 6 whole green onions (white parts trimmed away thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (torn)
- 2 limes (quartered)
- 1 avocado (halved pit removed, scooped from the shell and thinly sliced)
- 1/2 lime
- 1 chicken breast (grilled Spicy Southwestern)
