I never had turnip greens and I never had an interest in the overcooked green soggy recipes. I made this in my wok and It allowed me to cook to keep a crisp RTP them. So for a beginner turnip green recipe it worked.

I planted turnips in my fall garden this year. A friend shared that you can eat/cook the greens. Who knew. Found this recipe. I adjusted actual cook time to 3 min for onions and 2 min for the greens. Pleasantly surprised and would make again.
