- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt (plus extra for seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper (plus extra for seasoning)
- 15 oz. tomatoes (whole, drained, roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup white wine (we used cooking wine and omitted the salt)
- 1/3 cup clam juice
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
