This was very easy to prepare and it was quick! The dish is tasty! I used a pound of scallops and a pound of shrimp as well as a can of crushed tomatoes (didn’t have diced). I also added a bit of white wine and it was delicious. I served it over steamed Jasmine rice!
My husband loves seafood and he loves spice so he will love this (and probably add extra red chilies)!

Was good. Easy and quick. Didn’t change anything. Found in a little bland. We like it more spicy. Next time will increase red pepper or add diced chilies. Or Rotel with chilies. Served over rice.
