Not sure what your definition of spicy is, but this is not it. Followed the instructions to the letter. Slaw was way too "limey" and again, no spice whatsoever. I was hoping that sitting overnight, the remainder of the slaw would pick up the pepper...it did not.The only good thing about this dish was it did not take long to prepare and was pretty simple. We will not be making this again.
