- 3 packets ramen noodles (any flavor as all we need is noodles not the seasoning!)
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (or olive oil or any good cooking oil)
- 2 Tbsp. sauce (schezwan, homemade or store bought)
- 6 cups cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 carrots (shredded, I have been using THIS, salad shooter for shredding carrots & other vegetables for everything from gajar halwa, for quick stir fries and it takes just 2-3 minutes!)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar (or as per taste)
- salt
- black pepper
- sauce (More schezwan, if you want)
