- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 red bell pepper slice
- 1 white onion (slice)
- 50 mL red wine
- 120 grams feta
- 10 grams chopped parsley
- salt

Directions
- heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.when the oil is hot add the onion.when the onion browning,increase the heat to high and add the peppers and the sausages.Turning them occasionally
- when the sausages are browned and the peppers also half cooked add salt and red wine.Let the wine cook down by half and we are ready.
- served hot and we put at the top the crumbled feta and the chopped parsley.
