Don’t know what I did wrong. My oil splattered all over me and my cooktop. I think it was the cup of milk. My balls fell apart when I put them in the egg and milk mixture. The ingredients list didn’t include the flour. Yes. I omitted it. My balls, or what was left of them, was so incredibly greasy. I will try a different recipe next time.
