- fresh salmon
- lime juice (3 spoon table)
- brown sugar (2 spoon table)
- fish sauce (3 spoont able)
- garlic (5 - 6 clovers)
- coriander (with root, 4 roots)
- Bird's eye chili (1/2 cup)

- Slice Salmon into pieces
- Whisk the chili, coriander and garlic then mix the fish sauce, sugar and lime juice
- Prepare Slices Salmon into a plate and pouring the chili sauce on top
