I cut the salt and cayenne in half and it was still too much. Inedible to 3 out of 4 members in my family. Will not make again.

Entirely too much cayenne pepper....I would cut the cayenne to 1/4 teaspoon. Also too much salt, only used 1 tsp; would cook 1 minute each side instead of 2 mins.

No wonder it’s too spicy for the people that commented- the ingredients show only 1 ounce of tuna. It should be 12 ounces of tuna (2 six ounce tuna steaks). Also- if you cook a 6 ounce tuna steak for 2 1/2 minutes on each side in a dry pan with no oil you will not only burn it to a char on the outside, you will cook it all the way through no way it will look like the tuna in the pic

Great!! It was easy and tasty! I would do less cayenne next time it was a little spicy for my personal taste.
