- 500 grams cherry tomatoes
- 1 white onion (quartered, not peeled)
- 2 sticks celery (sliced and chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (whole with skin on)
- 4 inches sun dried tomatoes (soaked in boiling water)
- 500 mL vegetable stock (I use marigold bouillon)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. tomato (pureé)
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- chilli flakes
- 20 grams butter
