- 4 cups broccoli florets (325 g, I used frozen)
- 1 cup white rice (jasmine)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt

- 3/4 cup yellow onion (or finely chopped white, 87 g)
- 3 large garlic cloves (minced, 10 g)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. curry (Penzey's "Now, ", depending on how spicy you like, start with 1½ tsp, see note below)
- 1/2 cup cashew milk (if you are allergic to nuts, then use "lite" coconut milk or soy milk, but choose a creamy one for best results)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (plus more for serving)
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
- 15 spices
- 1 pinch cayenne
